In order to maintain Whitmore Homes’ standard of quality, we have changed our home building process to now build what we call “Custom Spec” homes to help with demand and increase efficiency. This is no "cookie-cutter" approach, rather it's a unique process that will allow our housing developments to be carefully designed with curb appeal. Each street is being designed with a variety of styles that compliment each other, rather than a neighborhood full of mirror images.

Custom Spec Homes are basically “turn-key homes”, with a few exceptions. What this means to the home buyer is this. . .Whitmore Homes has taken the time to custom design a large group of homes which will be “per our professional team’s specs, colors and options.” As new homes are brought into the ‘pipeline’, Whitmore Homes will contact individuals who’ve placed their names on our extensive customer list to allow them to select an available home of their choosing.
